Rev. Lorenz V. Dimalanta is the founder and Senior Pastor of Jesus The Living Word Christian
Church. He finished his Diploma in Pastoral Ministries and Biblical Studies at the International Bible Seminary in Angeles
City, Philippines in 1989. He is also a holder of a diploma from the International Bible Institute of Santa Fe Springs, California.
He is an alumnus of the Haggai Institute of Leadership Singapore.
Pastor Lorenz as he is fondly called came to know the Lord in 1979 while a student at the
Holy Angel University at the One Way Student Center. He soon afterwards became very active in the
student Ministry and became a key leader. In 1982 he went to Saudi Arabia as an OFW and pioneered the Khamis Mushayt Christian
Fellowship which he pastored until 1988.
Today he is very active in the G12 movement, travels to a number of countries to conduct Encounter
Retreats (EGR). He is instrumental in bringing the EGR retreat to South Korea in 2005.
Pastor Lorenz is a member of the PMA (Philippine Missions Association) and is assisting foreign
missionaries in the Philippines to get missionary visas. He is also the founder and president of Shekinah Christian School.
Pastor Lorenz is married to Pastor Marilou, herself a graduate of the same bible school and
they have 3 children namely; Grace Ann 15, Jonathan 12 and Joy 11.
